Teen Internship

Interested in career options at a zoo? The Teen Internship is the perfect opportunity for you to gain exposure to a variety of professions at the Wildlife Conservation Society.

QZ Volunteers

Teen Volunteer

Become a volunteer with the Education Department of the Queens Zoo, where you’ll teach schoolchildren and other zoo visitors about animals through guided tours, assisting with special programs and events, speaking at narrated feedings, and leading arts and crafts activities. Must be 18.

Bridging the Gap

Bridging the Gap is a new WCS funded by the National Science Foundation that seeks to connect high school students who have an interest in pursuing further study and/or a career in conservation science, zoology, marine science, ecology, or biology, directly with professionals in those fields.
